BVK will launch its new OTC delivery box solution at MWC, developed with its sister company AladdinsCloud. The consumer requirement for secure, safe, personal and hygienic home delivery of goods is increasing.
With BVK’s OTC delivery box, the courier delivers the goods in a customised box, secured with a smart, key-less lock. The consumer is provided with a personal One Time Code and uses this OTC with their mobile app to open the box. The lock only unlocks if the consumer, the address and time of delivery have been checked and are correct. The solution provides a real time audit trail to resolve any delivery disputes.
